Treasurers report: Jim presented details on the club's finances and income from golf outing and rose sale
Donation Committee: The board approved donations to Connecting for Kids to be used to restock the binder project and My Very Own Blanket to purchase 20 blanket kits. The club will make the blankets and then donate to Fostering Hope.
Membership Committee: Amy reported that she is going to follow up with 5 members who have been unable or unwilling to attend meetings to see if there is a way to get them more involved or if they are no longer interested in being involved with our club. More details to follow.
Program Committee: Joe reported that we are booking speakers into next year. We already have a speaker booked in April.
Old Business: Pat gave a report on this year’s Rose Sale. We sold 250 dozen roses.
Andrew shared details for the service project, Diaper Rush. Each fifth Wednesday, we will be delivering diapers to Providence House. Look for Andrew’s email with further information.
New Business: Plans are underway for our Member Christmas dinner to tentatively be held the week between Christmas and New Year. Amy and Pat will work on details and report at a later date.
Jim spoke to the Village Green project underway in Bay Village. The club will look for sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
