July starts our new Rotary year and the beginning of our new by-laws regarding the Board of Directors. Any member who has been in the club for a minimum of two years and has achieved 50% attendance is automatically a director unless they choose to opt out of serving. The Board has the authority to waive the attendance requirement if the member is an active member of the club. We have two active members who fell just short of the attendance requirement. Jeff moved and Justin seconded that Pat Graham and Patty Zinn be allowed to serve despite being just short of the 50% attendance requirement.
Motion carried.

Everyone thanked Amy for her year of leadership as our president and congratulated her for bringing great enthusiasm and success to our club. As Jeff Appel prepares to take over next week, we anticipate continued success.

We then shared our happy thoughts.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:26.
