Joe Kraft is leading the club in supporting the Alzheimer’s Association.  Joe will lead the Westlake-Bay Village Rotary Team on October 3, 2026, for the Walk To End Alzheimer's at Lorain County Community College.

Alzheimer’s has touched millions of lives. That’s why we've joined the fight against the disease by participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer's.

Will you support my fundraising efforts with a donation and/or by walking with us on walk day?

Your donation enables the Alzheimer's Association to provide quality care and support through its free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900), in-person and virtual support groups, education programs, and more. It also empowers the Association to accelerate the world’s most promising research toward treatment, prevention, and, ultimately, a cure.

Did you know:
  • Over 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's.

  • Between 2000 and 2024, deaths from Alzheimer's have more than doubled.

  • One in three older adults dies with Alzheimer's or another dementia.

  • Alzheimer's kills more than breast cancer and prostate cancer combined.

  • Nearly 13 million Americans provide unpaid care for people living with Alzheimer's or other dementias.

  • In 2026, Alzheimer's and other dementias were projected to cost the United States $409 billion. This number is projected to rise to nearly $1 trillion in 2050.

By participating, you are dedicated to making a difference in the fight to end Alzheimer's and all other dementias.

We hope you will support our club with a donation today.
