- Foursome: Includes golf and dinner for all participants: $540 per foursome
- Event Sponsor: Includes signage at registration table, recognition in player material, two foursomes, and one hole sponsor: $1,500
- Corporate Sponsor: Includes signage at registration table, recognition in player material, one foursome, and one hole sponsor: $725
- Food Sponsor: Includes signage and recognition in player material: $500 (Limited to 1)
- Prize Sponsor: Includes signage and recognition in player material: $500 (Limited to 1)
- Cart Sponsor: Includes signage and recognition in player material: $500 (Limited to 1)
- Hole Sponsor: Includes signage at a tee box and recognition in player material: $125
