Terri offered to put Lisa in touch with someone from the District who is more expert at social media.

There was no further business, and the meeting was adjourned at 8:20

We then had time to share our happy thoughts.

Minutes of the Corley Foundation August 2, 2023
President Bob Maver called the meeting to order at 7:58. In attendance were President Bob Maver, Terri Speck, Pat Graham, Jim Strunk, Joe Hudak, Joe Kraft, Amy Kubacki, Patty Zinn, Jeff Appel, and John Hanna.

A quorum was present.

Also in attendance were Her Hoppe, Kevin Krantz, Lisa Hebert, Steve Pettyjohn,
and Gary DiLillo.

Joe Kraft reported that the value of the Husak-Washburn fund of the Corley $330,534. The committee proposed that we move $20,000 from Vanguard Growth and Income, VGIAX, decreasing US Equity position from 62% to 56%. Move $10,000 to Vanguard Real Estate II Index, VRTPX, increasing Real Estate position
from 0% to 3%. Move $10,000 to Vanguard Explorer, VINEX, increasing International position from 9% to 12%.

Terri moved and Joe H. seconded that the adoption by the committee be approved.
During discussion, Pat asked why we were only increasing Real Estate to 3%, rather than the 4% minimum that is the required minimum. Joe stated that due to the volatility in the commercial real estate market, now was not the time to be heavy in that sector.

President Maver called the vote and motion passed unanimously.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:05
