The heat is on!!! World Cup, July 4th and it's Art Fest Month.
As I take the reins as Club President, I want to Thank Amy for her tenure as Club President. I certainly have large shoes to fill. I look forward to building on that momentum and leading our club to greater heights in 2026-27.
I'll be sharing more specific goals and objectives in the coming weeks but the overarching theme will be “Create Lasting Impact”. Lasting impact in the form of service projects, support of local organizations, growing membership and helping all of us put service above self so we gain greater purpose in our daily lives.

July 1 marks our annual transition as a new team of officers takes the helm at the local, district, and international levels. This month also launches our overarching theme for the 2026–2027 year: "Create Lasting Impact." Coined by RI President Olayinka H. Babalola, this message reminds us that true service goes beyond immediate outcomes. It's about creating enduring, sustainable change in our communities and allowing Rotary to transform us personally. Let’s work together this year to make a difference that lasts.

That’s why throughout July, we are highlighting Maternal and Child Health Month as a time dedicated to our global commitment to improving healthcare access, providing vital medical equipment, and supporting education for mothers and families.
From funding mobile prenatal clinics to ensuring clean water in schools, Rotarians are taking action to reduce infant mortality and empower families worldwide.
