For those unable to attend today’s meeting, we had a lot of good information disbursed. There was a total of 18 people on the Zoom.

President Goggin started the meeting with a prayer by our Chaplain, the Pledge and the Rotary Four-Way Test.

Herb spoke about the Rotary Foundation. All contributions must be to sent in to the Foundation by the end of May, so Herb asked all members to once again consider making their donation. Checks should be made out to the Corley Foundation and mailed to Jim660 Strunk’s office. The address is:
660 Dover Center Rd. #1
Bay Village 44140
You can also call Dick Berila at 216-409-6493 and make a credit card donation.

Next, we had a detailed discussion regarding contributions and our unspent budget items. Andrew shared the results of the survey he sent out after last week’s meeting. There were 14 respondents, and the order of members interest were:
Ames House
Camp Star
Connecting for Kids
St. Vincent de Paul
Best Buddies
Farrell Foundation
Youth Challenge
Cleveland Food Bank (Mark also suggested we include Westlake Food Bank)
Lake Erie Science Center
Mental Health
Knickerbocker & Shelter Box

Andrew will compile a couple different scenarios and the Board will make a final decision. Thank you to all who participated.

Joe spoke about the Art Festival. The Committee Chairs had a very good meeting last Thursday. The next meeting is scheduled for the last Thursday in May. Jeff Appel has done a great job securing volunteers to help set up and tear down. We are going to need volunteers from our members to man the Artist Experience tent and the Rotary Booth. There will be 4 two-hour shifts, 9-11, 11-1, 1-3, and 3-5; and we will need 4 volunteers at each shift. Scott will send out an invitation in Google docs whereby each Rotarian can sign up for their desired shifts.
All Rotarians are encouraged to wear their Rotary apparel. If you need me to order you a shirt, go to Rotary Clothing & Apparel - RUSSELL-HAMPTON CO. - Rotary Club Supplies Since 1920 (bestclubsupplies.com)  and look at what they offer. Email me the model # of what you want and the size and I will order everything at one time.
Councilman O’Donnell is having a fundraiser tonight from 5-7 at Sibling Revelry. Cost is $25 and tickets can be purchased at the door.

The meeting adjourned at 8:17.
