Herb Hoppe, a prominent member of the Westlake-Bay Village Rotary Club, was recognized for his generous contributions to the Rotary Foundation. Herb was awarded a pin and crystal plaque for contributing over $10,000 throughout his over 40 year leadership in Rotary.
